Titled Scars
Kendahl the Kreative is debuting a spoken word choreographic work in collaboration with the cast to the poem ‘Scars’ by Rudy Francisco. This piece features a sense of vulnerability from all involved to display the individuality in the negative outcome of falling in love.

Mind the Gap | March 29, 2022
The first professional piece choreographed by Kendahl Bermudez will be included in Dance Source Houston’s Mind The Gap series this spring. Mind The Gap is a showcase-style performance featuring a full program of works by local dance makers.
This piece, titled “V1”, will explore the unpredictable dynamic of close relationships with people diagnosed or experiencing symptoms of mental health disorders.
Mind The Gap was created in partnership with MATCH to support independent choreographers and small dance companies present their work. The program offers participants high production value, low administrative burden, shared ticket income, as well as production and audience development support. Begun in January 2017, Mind The Gap has featured works by more than 90 local dancemakers to date.
